Welcome to Shree Ashirwad Packers and Movers (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. By booking our relocation, vehicle transportation, or warehouse storage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Quotations & Pricing

All price quotations provided by Shree Ashirwad Packers and Movers are based on the initial inventory survey, distance, packing materials, and manpower required. Any additional unlisted items added on moving day may incur extra charges proportionally.

2. Payment Terms

• A nominal booking advance is required to confirm the moving date and reserve dedicated container vehicles.
• 80% of the agreed total freight balance is payable upon completion of loading at the origin address.
• The remaining 20% balance must be settled upon arrival before final unloading at the destination address.

3. Prohibited Goods & Hazardous Items

For safety and legal compliance, the following items are strictly prohibited from being packed or loaded into our vehicles:

• Inflammable liquids, gas cylinders, fireworks, or explosives.
• Contraband items, illegal narcotics, or unlicensed firearms.
• Perishable food items, jewelry, cash, or original legal property deeds (customers must carry personal valuables independently).

4. Transit Insurance & Liability

Transit insurance policy coverage protects cargo against highway accidents, fire, overturning, or natural calamities during vehicle movement. In the event of transit damage, insurance claims are processed directly through the designated national insurance provider upon joint inspection.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their moving date free of charge by providing at least 48 hours prior notice to our helpline team at (+91) 8409531615.
