How are bike keys handed over safely during transport?

Bike keys are placed in a tamper-evident barcode security pouch at pickup. The seal is signed by the vehicle owner and opened only in the owner's presence at final destination delivery.

Can I courier the main key separately via express mail?

Yes! You can courier the master original keys separately via express air mail while handing over a duplicate key to our transit loading crew for handling.

What documents are required to hand over a bike and its keys?

You need a copy of the RC, vehicle insurance policy, government ID proof, and a signed key handover checklist acknowledging physical condition and key counts.

Is fuel emptied before shipping the bike?

Yes, safety guidelines require fuel tanks to be emptied down to ~1-2 liters to prevent fire hazards inside closed container trucks.

What happens if keys are misplaced during transport?

All transports are covered under full transit insurance. In the rare event of key loss, our insurance policy covers complete lock set replacement and key reprogramming costs.
